From the M80 to Stirling, exit left onto the M876 to cross the Clackmannanshire Bridge. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit. At the Gartarry roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A907. Approach the ParkMill roundabout and take the 2nd exit for the A908 to Tillicoultry. Sterling Mills Outlet Shopping Village is signed from this point by the brown tourist information signs. Continue for 4 miles into Tillicoultry where Affinity Sterling Mills Outlet Shopping is first on the left.
From Edinburgh and Lothians
Take the M9 Stirling motorway, passing Grangemouth and Falkirk. Exit onto the M976 to cross the Clackmannanshire Bridge. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit. At the Gartarry roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A907. Approach the ParkMill roundabout and take the 2nd exit for the A908 to Tillicoultry. Sterling Mills Outlet Shopping Village is signed from this point by the brown tourist information signs. From Perth, St Andrews & the North
Take the M90 motorway down to junction 7 at Milnathort. Exit here and turn right onto the A91, signposted for Stirling. Go straight on through the villages of Muckhart and Dollar and then into Tillicoultry. At the mini roundabout, turn left where Affinity Sterling Mills Outlet Shopping is on the right.

There are regular services running to and from Tillicoultry, from Glasgow, Stirling, Alloa and St. Andrews. Stirling Bus Station, which is located in the centre of the city, is the nearest big bus station. From here, connections are available to lots of destinations in central Scotland and beyond.
