Accessibility at Affinity Sterling Mills

At Affinity Sterling Mills, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment to make the customer experience as accessible as possible for everyone, regardless of abilities or disabilities. We believe that shopping should be an enjoyable experience for all.

All of our shops are on the one level so there is no need to navigate stairs or escalators. We also have blue badge parking bays located close to our entrances.

There is plenty of space to move around freely as the centre is located outside.

There are multiple seating areas located around the centre for those who need to take a break.

The centre also has disabled toilets located within the male and female toilets in between Trespass and Skopes.

We have four manual wheelchairs and two electric scooters available to reserve. This service is free to our customers. However, anyone wishing to use the electric scooters must show a valid Shopmobility registration card.
